Service desk, remote & on-site support
IT support with clear ownership and visible progress.
When something goes wrong, employees need the right contact and a clear route to resolution. We design support around your workstations, sites and internal teams. Requests, prioritization, remote assistance and agreed on-site services work together under defined responsibilities and service hours.

Your options
Services that move your project forward
Clarify support needs and responsibilities
Workplaces, applications, locations and existing service providers are included. We delineate which tasks are taken on and which are passed on to the responsible teams.
An understandable scope of services with suitable contact persons.
Capture support requests consistently
Clear contact channels and required information help assess each request. We record affected users, business impact and known details so that the responsible team can act.
Reduce avoidable questions and start support work with useful information.
Prioritize and inform
Priorities are based on impact and urgency. Feedback, processing status and escalations are linked to comprehensible rules.
Employees and those responsible know what will happen next.
Support remotely
Suitable remote access is used with authorization, transparency and clear boundaries. Recurring tasks and diagnostic paths are documented.
Many requests can be processed without additional travel effort.
Coordinate on-site support
Hardware, cabling and local conditions may require on-site deployment. Scope of services, deadline, access and required components are prepared.
On-site support fits the actual requirements.
Turn support knowledge into improvements
Recurring concerns are incorporated into understandable instructions and technical improvements. Tickets, handovers and service meetings connect individual cases with the overall operation.
Experience from support helps to improve everyday work in the long term.
Where to start
Service desk, remote & on-site support Use cases
Three example situations show how we can help.
The internal IT team needs relief
Recurring workplace issues tie up time. A coordinated service desk takes on clearly defined tasks and keeps handovers traceable.
Several locations need uniform reporting channels
Local contacts and central systems need to work together. We structure request handling, remote assistance and appropriate on-site support.
Support requests are lost in individual mailboxes
A joint process creates an overview of responsibility, status and escalation. Existing tools can be included.
From requirements to results
A clear process with agreed milestones
Assess support needs and the IT environment
We look at user groups, locations, systems and typical support cases.
Agree on the scope of service
Contact channels, service times, priorities, responsibilities and handovers are determined.
Prepare the service transition
Accesses, documentation, contact persons and representative processes are checked.
Operate and improve service
Processing, feedback and regular evaluation support reliable cooperation.

Which requests can the service desk handle?
The scope is agreed on the basis of your systems and requirements. This can include workplace problems, access questions and standardised service requests. Specialist applications or manufacturer cases may require defined forwarding.
Is round-the-clock support included?
Service hours, on-call arrangements and any additional coverage are explicitly agreed. We define the model around your requirements and the scope of support needed.
What is the difference between response time and resolution time?
Response time describes the agreed start of qualified processing or feedback. The solution may depend on diagnostics, spare parts, approvals or third parties. Measurement and target values are precisely defined in the service contract.
When is an on-site intervention necessary?
If the task cannot be meaningfully processed remotely, for example in the case of certain hardware or cabling problems. Accessible locations, scheduling, travel and required components are taken into account in the agreed model.
How is remote access authorized?
We agree authorization, the support tool and the procedure in advance. Employees should understand when and why their device is accessed. Administrative permissions and logging follow the agreed scope.
Can we keep our existing ticketing system?
We check interfaces, workflows and necessary information. A joint processing path can be based on existing tools. Data transfer and integration are specified separately.
How are existing service providers integrated?
Responsibilities, contact channels and handover criteria are documented. Necessary information and feedback should be passed on between the parties involved in a comprehensible way so that a concern is not passed on without responsibility.
How will the service be improved?
Suitable evaluations look at recurring concerns, processing paths and known causes. Specific improvements are prioritized in service meetings. Key figures are evaluated with their context so that they support cooperation in a meaningful way.
