Training and Enablement

Build skills your team can apply in the project.

New tools deliver value when people can use them confidently and independently. We develop training and practical workshops for your tasks, prior knowledge and technical environment. Software development, cloud platforms, security, data and AI are connected to concrete exercises. The focus is on skills your team can apply in its everyday work.

Your options

Services that move your project forward

Clarify tasks and learning objectives

We look at roles, previous knowledge and the tasks after the training. Learning objectives describe exactly what participants should understand, assess or carry out themselves.

Your benefit

Content is based on the required skills.

Design content and format appropriately

Compact workshops, in-depth training or accompanying enablement are combined as required. Time, group size, learning environment and necessary preparation are coordinated.

Your benefit

The format suits your team and their working conditions.

Learn through practical exercises

Examples, tasks and worked solutions reflect typical project situations. Suitable learning environments support experimentation without unintended effects on production systems.

Your benefit

Participants develop a practical understanding of how the components work together.

Apply platform and project experience

Depending on the objectives, topics can include Git, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Helm, Argo CD, identities or observability. Experience from SYNEDAT PLATFORM informs suitable exercises and operational scenarios.

Your benefit

Tools become understandable in the context of their actual task.

Support questions and knowledge transfer

Discussion, clear materials and suitable exercises address open questions. What participants learn is connected to upcoming tasks and internal standards.

Your benefit

Participants are prepared to apply their learning independently.

Review learning outcomes and plan next steps

Practical tasks and feedback show which objectives have been met and where further learning would help. Recommendations for additional topics or support follow those findings.

Your benefit

You will receive a specific basis for the further development of your team.

Where to start

Training and Enablement Use cases

Three example situations show how we can help.

A team adopts a new platform or application

The training combines architecture, daily tasks, diagnostics and existing operating instructions.

Development and operations need shared processes

Exercises on interfaces, releases and error handling create a common understanding.

AI tools are being introduced, but benefits and limitations are unclear

Task-based examples explain suitable uses, result evaluation and existing company rules.

From requirements to results

A clear process with agreed milestones

  1. Assess learning needs and participants

Roles, previous knowledge, tasks and desired learning objectives are clarified.

  2. Coordinate agenda and exercises

Content, format, materials and technical requirements are agreed.

  3. Conduct and apply training

Explanations, practical tasks and joint evaluation build on each other.

  4. Consolidate results and plan practical use

Materials, open questions and suitable next steps are handed over.

Your benefit

What you receive

  • A coordinated agenda with specific learning objectives.
  • A training or enablement format delivered to the agreed scope.
  • Suitable exercises and the agreed learning and working materials.
  • An evaluation with open questions and recommendations for further application.

Ways to work with us

Choose a starting point that fits your needs. We agree the scope and required effort in a tailored proposal.

Questions before you get started

What topics can you teach?

The scope can include software development, architecture, cloud and container platforms, CI/CD, security, data or AI. The specific topics are agreed on based on your tasks and the available expertise. An aligned agenda describes the actual learning objectives.

Is the training suitable for beginners or experienced teams?

Both are possible, but require different content and exercises. We clarify previous knowledge and roles in advance. If the conditions vary greatly, separate modules or preparatory tasks may be useful.

Can our own tools and projects be included?

Yes, as long as access, rights of use and a suitable learning environment are available. Examples will be checked in advance for suitability. Confidential content and productive systems will only be used within the expressly agreed framework.

Is training delivered remotely or on site?

The format will be agreed with you. Learning objectives, group size, collaboration and technical requirements determine whether remote, on-site or a combination is suitable. Location, times and possible travel costs are described in the offer.

Are practical exercises and materials included?

Exercises and agreed materials are part of the coordinated training concept. Scope and usage rights are clarified in advance. Depending on the topic, sample code, worksheets, instructions or accompanying documentation may be useful.

Do participants receive a vendor certification?

Attending a tailored training course does not automatically provide a vendor certification. Exam preparation or a specific credential must be agreed separately in advance. External examinations and their conditions are explicitly considered.

How is learning success assessed?

Suitable practical tasks and feedback are aligned with the agreed learning objectives. They show which tasks participants can already complete independently and where further learning is needed. A formal examination is included only by explicit agreement.

Can enablement also take place during a project?

Yes. Workshops, joint implementation or targeted knowledge transfer can accompany project stages. Tasks, responsibilities and time are explicitly agreed. The aim is to build your team's ability to understand and maintain the solution independently.

Discuss your next step

What task should your team solve independently after training?

Name the topic, roles and existing experience. We suggest a suitable format with specific learning objectives and exercises.
