Digital Workplace & IT Infrastructure
IT that supports your everyday work.
New hires need a workplace ready to go. Locations need stable connections, and applications need the right infrastructure. We bring devices, networks, identities and operations together – from the initial overview of procurement to the documented handover to your IT team.

Service modules
From individual workstation to connected infrastructure
IT Procurement & Equipment Standards
We record requirements for notebooks, PCs, monitors and peripherals and compare equipment, compatibility and life cycle. This includes comprehensible device standards, license requirements and a coordinated procurement plan. Availability, warranty and conditions are checked for the specific selection.
A well-founded selection with a transparent scope instead of a confusing mix of devices.
Rollout & Endpoint Management
We plan the provision, configuration and replacement of end devices. Automated enrollment, encryption, software distribution and patch rings are tested with pilot groups. We agree on clear technical processes and responsibilities for the entry, change and departure of employees.
Reproducibly furnished workstations with documented management and handover.
LAN, WLAN & Site Networking
We consider cabling, switching, Wi-Fi coverage, network segmentation and site connections as a coherent system. Guest access, mobile work and administrative access are given appropriate rules. Before the changeover, dependencies, maintenance windows and fallback routes are clarified.
A comprehensible network plan with verified connections and defined access paths.
Servers, Virtualization & Storage
Existing applications determine what computing power, storage capacity and availability are required. We accompany the renewal and migration of server and virtualization environments as well as the connection to cloud services. Capacity, licenses and subsequent administration are included in the planning.
A needs-based infrastructure with documented dependencies and operational requirements.
Identities, Email & Basic Protection
We combine user management, multi-factor authentication, roles and device protection with everyday work. E-mail protection, secure remote access and authorizations are considered together. Existing security specifications and the requirements of the departments form the framework.
Coordinated protective measures, clear authorizations and comprehensible administrative access.
Backup, Lifecycle & Handover
Backup can only be resilient with a verified recovery path. We consider backup scope, retention, restart, and responsibilities. The lifecycle also includes inventory, replacement planning, regulated take-back, and an agreed procedure for deleting retired devices.
A documented transition to operations with proof of recovery and lifecycle plan.

Digital Workplace & IT Infrastructure Use Cases
Typical initial situations – together we adapt the scope and procedure to your project.
A new location is launched
Workplaces, WLAN, connectivity and identities are planned together. A pilot checks the most important applications; this is followed by rollout, acceptance and the handover of inventory and operating documentation.
Grown IT is standardized
Different devices, manual installations and distributed administrator access make everyday life more difficult. Together, we define standards and implement the renewal in manageable stages.
Servers and workstations need to be renewed
We record technical dependencies and plan replacement and migration around the operational processes. Data backup, fallback plan and targeted functional tests accompany every changeover.
Collaboration
From the first question to the handover
Understanding Inventory
Capture devices, applications, locations, contracts, and known issues. Visualize critical dependencies and contacts.
Agree on goal and scope
Define standards, priorities, effort and interfaces. Coordinate procurement, responsibilities and acceptance criteria together.
Piloting and implementing
Test configurations, plan rollout waves and accompany migrations. Document results and correct deviations in a targeted manner.
Handing over and developing
Handing over inventory, accesses and operating documents. Clarifying training requirements and agreeing on next lifecycle steps or supervised services.
Your result
You can continue working with it
- Inventory overview and prioritized action plan
- Device and configuration standards for rollout
- Verifiable acceptance criteria and migration documentation
- Clear responsibilities for support, maintenance, and lifecycle
Frequently Asked Questions
Can we continue to use our existing IT?
Yes. The starting point is the existing stock. We check what should be operated, supplemented or replaced. A completely new acquisition is not a prerequisite for cooperation.
Do you support internal IT teams and external service providers?
We coordinate tasks and interfaces together. Individual project services, the support of a migration or an agreed scope of operation are possible. Administrative access and responsibilities are documented.
Are support, hardware, and licenses automatically included?
The specific scope is specified in the offer. Devices, licenses, setup, service hours and ongoing operation are described in a comprehensible manner. Response times or availability only apply if they have been expressly agreed.
Your next step
What should be easier in your IT?
