IT infrastructure & networks
Reliable infrastructure for everyday work.
Slow connections, unclear responsibilities and ageing components waste time and complicate change. We help you modernize your IT infrastructure, from an assessment and target architecture to implementation and documented handover. Sites, workstations, servers and cloud connections are planned together.

Your options
Services that move your project forward
Record inventory and bottlenecks
We record relevant components, connections, responsibilities and technical dependencies. Faults, capacity limits and missing documents are classified according to their effect on everyday work.
Know which improvements to prioritize.
Designing LAN and WLAN appropriately
Cabling, switching, radio coverage and user groups are coordinated with the required applications. With WLAN, spatial conditions and real usage scenarios are part of the planning.
A network design that fits your sites and devices.
Evolving servers and storage
We look at capacity, availability, virtualization and storage in context. The maintenance, expansion or replacement of existing systems are evaluated based on the requirements.
Investments are based on actual needs.
Segmenting networks sensibly
Workstations, servers, guests and special device groups are given appropriate communication boundaries. Exceptions and necessary connections are documented and set up in a verifiable manner.
Access and technical dependencies become easier to control.
Connect Locations and Cloud
We plan the connections to branch offices, data centers and cloud services including name resolution, addressing and fallback routes. Existing lines and providers are included.
Support business processes across multiple sites.
Document the environment and hand over operations
Network maps, address management, configurations and responsibilities are prepared in a way that is usable for your team. Experience with infrastructure tools such as NetBox is incorporated into suitable documentation processes.
The knowledge remains available for maintenance, faults and extensions.
Where to start
IT infrastructure & networks Use cases
Three example situations show how we can help.
A new location is to become operational
Workstations, printers, meeting rooms and specialist applications require coordinated connections. We combine the technical planning with a clear commissioning plan.
Your network has outgrown its documentation
New devices and exceptions have made the environment difficult to manage. An infrastructure assessment provides a sound basis for segmentation and expansion.
A hardware renewal is pending
Before replacement, we review capacity, dependencies, and operational requirements. The selection also takes into account migration, maintenance, and recovery.
From requirements to results
A clear process with agreed milestones
Assess requirements and the existing environment
We discuss workflows, existing documents, locations and current bottlenecks.
Plan the target architecture and improvements
Variants, deliverables, dependencies and necessary time windows are coordinated.
Controlled implementation
The implementation takes place in agreed stages with test steps and a suitable fallback plan.
Verify and hand over
Connections, functions and documentation are checked together and responsibilities for IT operations are clarified.
Your benefit
What you receive
- A documented overview of the agreed infrastructure and its dependencies.
- A prioritized action plan with documented technical decisions.
- The contracted components and connections including agreed functional tests.
- Operational documentation and knowledge transfer for your team.

Can existing components continue to be used?
Yes. We check the condition, support from the manufacturer, capacity and suitability for the planned architecture. A complete replacement only makes sense if the requirements or the life cycle justify it.
Will you need to visit our site?
This depends on the project. A site survey is often useful for cabling, wireless coverage and building conditions. Existing plans and configuration records help define what needs to be examined.
How do we avoid interruptions in the changeover?
We plan dependencies, maintenance windows, verification and rollback in advance. The migration plan identifies expected interruptions for each change so that your teams can prepare.
Can several locations be planned together?
Yes. Addressing, segmentation, connections and responsibilities should fit together across the board. Location-related requirements are explicitly taken into account.
Are cloud connections part of the service?
Cloud connectivity can be included in the engagement. We consider data flows, identities, name resolution and network boundaries so that on-premises systems and cloud services work together.
What documentation do we receive?
Depending on the agreed scope, deliverables include network diagrams, component inventories, address ranges, configuration guidance and operational responsibilities. The proposal defines the format, maintenance and handover.
Are hardware and licenses included in the project price?
Procurement, manufacturer services and technical services are clearly shown in the offer. This allows you to see what additional ongoing costs and contractual relationships are incurred.
Can you then support IT operations?
A suitable support or operating model can be agreed separately. Service times, response goals, task distribution and escalation are determined according to the infrastructure.
Discuss your next step
Where is your infrastructure slowing down the next step?
Describe your sites and the current bottleneck. We will identify the assessment and first improvements that fit your situation.
