That depends on the selected offering. We explicitly check backup scope, retention and responsibilities in the proposal. Additional data or application requirements must be agreed before purchase.
Can existing licenses be reused?
This depends on each product and usage model. SYNEDAT reviews existing contracts and the planned hosting model with the relevant suppliers before confirming cost or portability.
Can a cloud solution work with on-premises systems?
