Managed cloud & managed Kubernetes
Operate your platform with clear ownership and controlled change.
A cloud or Kubernetes platform needs more than a successful initial deployment. Access, updates, capacity, changes and incidents need coordinated attention throughout its life. We take responsibility for agreed operational tasks through a prepared handover and a defined service that fits your applications and business priorities.

Your options
Services that move your project forward
Assess operational readiness and scope
Architecture, condition, documentation and existing responsibilities are considered before the takeover. Open prerequisites and necessary improvements are transparently named.
Service transition starts with a realistic picture of your platform.
Keep changes traceable
Configurations, approvals and deployments follow the agreed process. Experience with Git, Helm, Argo CD and Terraform supports repeatable changes.
Teams can track changes, assignees, and fallback paths.
Plan updates and component lifecycles
Supported versions, components and dependencies are included in the maintenance planning. Suitable tests and time windows prepare necessary changes.
Maintenance becomes a planned task with comprehensible results.
Monitor condition and capacity
Relevant platform signals, resource requirements and alarm paths are taken care of. Prometheus and Grafana can support the overview; suitable tools are selected based on your environment.
Identify operational bottlenecks and plan suitable changes.
Organize access and recovery
Administrative rights, secret management and agreed recovery procedures are given clear responsibilities. Checks and changes are coordinated with the teams concerned.
Basic operational tasks remain understandable even in the event of personnel changes.
Connect application teams and IT operations
Service boundaries, handovers and joint reviews connect platform tasks with the requirements of the applications. Platform errors and application problems are classified with appropriate diagnostics.
Your teams know what support they are receiving and what they are contributing.
Where to start
Managed cloud & managed Kubernetes Use cases
Three example situations show how we can help.
Move a new platform into ongoing operations
A readiness review checks documentation, access, monitoring and outstanding technical requirements.
Updates and operational tasks tie up the development team
We delineate recurring platform tasks and agree to collaborate with your application teams.
Multiple environments should be maintained more consistently
Common procedures for modification and diagnosis are linked to the respective technical limits.
From requirements to results
A clear process with agreed milestones
Assess the platform and requirements
We review architecture, services, applications and existing operational documents.
Define the service and transition
Tasks, requirements, service times and technical limits are agreed.
Prepare and complete the operational handover
We verify access, alerts, documentation and representative changes.
Operate the service and review improvements
Maintenance, changes and improvements are handled in the agreed operating model.
Your benefit
What you receive
- A documented readiness review and clearly defined platform service.
- Agreed operating procedures for changes, maintenance, diagnostics and escalation.
- Traceable handling of the agreed platform tasks.
- Regular service meetings with open tasks and development steps.

Deployment and platform automation
Kubernetes · Azure Kubernetes Service · Helm · Argo CD · Terraform
Versioned configuration and declarative deployment connect infrastructure and applications. GitOps makes proposed changes reviewable and the desired state explicit. Operational transitions and recovery procedures are still planned for the specific application.
Repeatable changes and clearer responsibility boundaries.
Identities, secrets and policies
Keycloak · OpenBao · External Secrets · Kyverno
Sign-in, technical secrets and platform policies serve different purposes. We connect them with roles, limited permissions and documented exceptions. The selected tools form part of a common access and operating model.
Controlled access and more consistent platform policies.
Observability and operations
Prometheus · Grafana · Alloy · Loki · Tempo
Metrics, logs and traces provide different views of applications and platforms. We organize data sources, dashboards and alert paths around specific operating questions. Retention, sensitive data and costs are considered when planning data collection.
Better incident diagnosis and informed operating decisions.
Questions before you get started
Which platforms can be considered?
Potential environments include on-premises infrastructure, OpenShift, Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud, Alibaba Cloud and Google Cloud. A service transition depends on the specific services, versions, access and agreed scope. We review the products and technical prerequisites before making a commitment.
Can any existing environment be taken over immediately?
We first check operational readiness, documentation, access and outstanding risks. Required preparation is identified and can be commissioned separately. The start date depends on those prerequisites being met.
Who manages the applications in the cluster?
The boundary between platform and application responsibilities is defined explicitly. Source code, business logic, data models and release approvals may remain with your team. Joint diagnosis and selected application tasks can be added to the engagement.
Is the cloud bill included in the service?
Cloud consumption, licenses and technical support are different cost components. The offer describes which contracts and costs are directly with you and which services are provided via SYNEDAT.
How are Kubernetes updates scheduled?
Versions, extensions, APIs and affected applications are checked for relevant dependencies. Maintenance windows, tests and fallback possibilities are based on the environment. Your application team is involved in any necessary adjustments.
Are backups automatically included?
The scope, data, goals and examination of the recovery are specified separately. A cluster operation alone does not describe a complete backup of all application data. The agreed responsibility is documented.
Is incident response available around the clock?
Service hours, on-call arrangements, response objectives and escalation are agreed in the support model. The technical availability of a platform and the hours of staffed support are specified separately.
How can a later handover to another team succeed?
Documentation, configurations, access transfer and knowledge transfer are taken into account in the operating model. The scope and effort of a termination or transfer are contractually regulated so that dependencies remain traceable.
Discuss your next step
Which platform tasks do you want to delegate reliably?
Name your platform, applications and desired service times. We check which tasks can be combined into a clear operating model.
