SentinelOne – Endpoint protection and security operations
SYNEDAT plans SentinelOne Singularity around your endpoints, identities and cloud workloads. Detection, investigation and response are aligned with existing operations, with clear scope and permissions for each area.

Which product family fits your needs?
Singularity Endpoint
Align endpoint prevention and EDR with device groups. SYNEDAT checks supported systems, policies, exclusions and replacement of existing agents.
Singularity Identity
Include identity risks in investigations. We check directory integration, account classification and ownership of corrections.
Singularity Cloud Security
Structure cloud protection by accounts, workloads and permissions. SYNEDAT defines integrations and handling of findings.
Singularity AI SIEM
Analyze security data against clear detection goals. Sources, volumes and escalation are aligned with SOC capacity.
License scope, availability, term and support are reviewed for your project and specified in the quote.
Where the solution adds value
Test endpoint rollout with business applications
A pilot covers typical user devices and key servers. SYNEDAT checks performance, updates, policies and legitimate applications that trigger detections.
Define SOC response permissions
We agree who may isolate devices, stop processes or approve recovery. Exercises test escalation and return to normal operations.
What matters when choosing
- Data and visibility
- Which systems provide usable events? We check data sources, sensors, interfaces, volumes and retention before choosing the platform.
- Detection and prioritization
- Relevant attack scenarios and business risks shape use cases. We plan tests, alert quality and clear priorities for your team.
- Response authority
- Who may isolate systems or disable accounts? Response times, approvals, escalations and on-call coverage are defined for the agreed operating model.
From selection to deployment
Define requirements and objectives
We review systems, users, security requirements and budget. The result is a reasoned selection with a defined scope.
Validate suitability in a pilot
For an agreed pilot, we define tests, acceptance criteria and responsibilities. You receive a documented basis for the investment decision.
Plan rollout and operations
We plan migration, configuration, handover and support together. Scope and responsibilities are agreed before rollout.

Questions to help you decide
Does endpoint protection replace backups?
No. Protection and response complement an independent backup and recovery plan. SYNEDAT tests these workflows separately and aligns handovers.
How are existing systems integrated?
We check required interfaces and product packages. A test confirms data flow, alert handover and permissions before adding sources or response actions.
How do SIEM, XDR and NDR differ?
SIEM collects and correlates security events. XDR connects detection and response across data domains. NDR analyzes network activity. The right combination depends on sources, coverage and your operations team.
Does buying the product automatically include a managed SOC?
It depends on the quote. Platform licenses, vendor MDR and SYNEDAT services are described separately. Sources, coverage, response authority and service hours must be expressly agreed.
Can I request a demo or pilot first?
Yes. Tell us your intended use case. We will discuss available evaluation options, prerequisites, effort and acceptance criteria. A pilot is agreed separately before it starts.
What does SYNEDAT need for a quote?
Useful details include product family, deployment location, current systems, user or device count and target date. We clarify open points together and distinguish the product, implementation and ongoing services in the quote.
Can SYNEDAT help with rollout and ongoing operations?
We agree the services you need, such as architecture, integration, migration, documentation or operational support. Vendor support, response times and ongoing assistance are explicitly defined in the agreed scope.
