Does MDR authorize every response automatically?
No. Actions the provider may perform require contractual and technical agreement. SYNEDAT documents approvals, exceptions and escalation so responsibilities match intervention capabilities.
How is a SOC pilot accepted?
Against agreed cases: do the required events arrive, can investigations be followed, and do handovers work? We document data gaps, operational effort and outstanding actions. Assessment uses evidence from your own environment.
How do SIEM, XDR and NDR differ?
SIEM collects and correlates security events. XDR connects detection and response across data domains. NDR analyzes network activity. The right combination depends on sources, coverage and your operations team.
Does buying the product automatically include a managed SOC?
It depends on the quote. Platform licenses, vendor MDR and SYNEDAT services are described separately. Sources, coverage, response authority and service hours must be expressly agreed.
