Do we need to change the CI/CD tool for improvement?

Often, the existing platform can continue to be used. First, we check processes, authorizations, artifacts and tests. A tool change only becomes part of the project if the required functions or operating requirements cannot be meaningfully fulfilled with the existing system.

Does Continuous Delivery require automatic deployment to production?

Not necessarily. A tested, deployable software version can still require explicit production approval. We design the transition around your requirements for risk, ownership and release evidence.

How do you deal with security findings that block a release?

We agree on comprehensible rules for assessment, correction and time-limited exceptions. Responsibility, justification and resubmission are part of this. The goal is a resilient decision-making process in which audits and actual risks are assessed together.

Can database changes be included in the release process?

Yes. We examine migrations together with application versions, dependencies and available maintenance windows. Tests, backups and failure handling are defined for the specific case. Changes that could lose data require an explicit decision and an appropriate recovery approach.
